Thank you for choosing Desert Noir! My name is David. Please peruse our eclectic assortment of succulents brought to you from the mysterious Sonoran Desert of Arizona.
I do my best to ship promptly, but I try to give myself some time for quality control, which is why my handling time is 1-2 weeks. I do usually ship out much sooner unless circumstances are out of my control. However, if you need something by a certain date, please let me know. Below are a few guidelines and policies we have implemented due to issues that occasionally arise. ποΈ

π΅ NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES DUE TO SHIPPING COMPANIES HANDLING.
We will send you the information to file a claim.
π΅ All shipped items indicating a "DELIVERED" status will NOT BE refunded. If you did not receive the item you must file a
claim with U.S.P.S as they are the third party liable for delivery.
π΅ Please double CHECK YOUR SHIPPING INFO. NOT RESPONSIBLE for incorrect shipping information.
The customer is responsible for updating their shipping information.
π΅ Not responsible for mishandled plants. Please always research before buying if you are unfamiliar with a new variety of
plants. We try to cut down on waste by not adding printed instructions for plants. All the information you will ever need
is at your fingertips on the internet, please take full advantage.
π΅ A picture of the damaged or dead plant is required to move forward on a refund or replacement.
π΅ We do not send pictures of inventory. Pictures in the listings are very similar to what you will receive. We will try to
accommodate any special requests mentioned in the comments of the order.
π΅ If you reside in an area that has FREEZING TEMPS please consider adding a heat pack, for sale in the shop. NOT
RESPONSIBLE for plants damaged due to climate issues of the buyer's location.
π΅ International buyers order at their own risk. Not responsible for customs confiscations or damage due to length of
travel. All international orders must message us for a custom order.
π΅ Photosanitary Certificates will be a charge of $100 usd. plus any additional charges.
π΅ ANY cactus over 6 inches will have imperfections. The older the cactus the more scars and age it will have. We believe
that is what gives them their charm. Please consider this when wanting a specimen that is "perfect" and "flawless". Cactus is grown in the desert with all the harsh conditions that entails.
π΅ No plant is shipped in a pot.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 10% restocking fee on all returns.
